ビクターの普及型卓上電蓄。6WC5-6D6-6C6-6ZP1-12F の構成で自社製6.5インチパーマネント・ダイナミックを駆動する。
終戦直後に入手しやすい真空管だけで構成した(6C6-6D6-6C6-6ZP1-12F)JC-101型シャーシのコンバータを6WC5としたもの。
2段目のIFTは、非同調となっている。
アルミシャーシにパーマネントダイナミックという普及品を狙った構造である。
クリスタルピックアップと富士屋FM-230E型リムドライブモータを採用。
42シングルにフィールド型ダイナミックの本格的卓上電蓄SRE-16型の約半額の価格で発売されたが、価格と内容が釣り合わず、売れなかったようである。
1949年4月にはカタログから落とされているが、1949年10月の廣瀬卸商報に掲載されている。売れ残ってたのだろう。
This is Victor’s low-end radio phonograph.
The chassis was revised version of model JC-101 (6C6-6D6-6C6-6ZP1-12F).
A converter tube was changed from 6C6 into new 6WC5.
A crystal pick up and a rim-drive type phono-motor (Fujiya model FM-230E) was used.
To create low cost radio phonograph, small power tube 6ZP1 and half wave
rectifier tube 12F were used.
The price was the half of upper model SRE-16. However, the price JPY 18,500 was too expensive
in spite of its low performance.
This model did not succeed in business, then
withdrawn from 1949 catalogue in April.
